REFUND POLICY

At Shaman in a Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
